Hmm...
The people who came by this morning were the same beople that came by yesterday. Possibilities? Very exciting! Hopefully it will all work out. They are looking at another condo in the complex. They like our location better, but they like the colors at the other place better. We offered to paint to suit the buyer, so we'll see if that helps us.

Ohh good luck!! Wouldn't that be awesome to sell so quickly! And heck yeah, location beats out paint anytime, especially with you guys offering to paint!
